She coordinates drivers, routes, and schedules with precision — making sure every delivery stays efficient, safe, and on time. With a strong focus on communication and teamwork, Hilary keeps the fleet moving and the clients informed. Her leadership and quick problem-solving ensure that even the toughest routes run smoothly from start to finish.

Mason demonstrates her attention to detail and customer service skills to effectively attract and recruit owner operators for all divisions, prepare drivers for international deliveries and process international documentation. She gathers and maintains driver documents, conducts orientation classes and teaches drivers about DOT compliance in Canada. Her expertise in these areas ensures that new recruits are well-prepared and informed with company and DOT compliance in Canada and the US.

As Payroll Coordinator, she manages payroll processing, maintains records, and supports both drivers and staff with any pay-related needs. Daniel leads the creative direction of Jimbo & Company Transport, managing all aspects of the company’s media and visual branding. As both Media Director and in-house photographer/videographer, he captures the heart of Jimbo through compelling visuals, storytelling, and digital content.
